WOLVES vs MANCHESTER UPDATE
Yes we have a good chance for a double.

With the two teams more or less confirmed Wolverhampton may just yet record their second win of the season. However, the week started badly with a call from Chris Ryder to say that he had gone down with glandular fever. He was showing some signs of a throat infection at Duffield a week or so ago, but I had hoped that it would turn out to be a bad cold. Hard luck on Chris who has been a stalwart for the team this year. Maybe he will recover in time for one of the last two matches but if not there is always next year. With Anthony in Australia and Joey Barrington wandering around the world somewhere it could have been time for the entry of the oldest player ever to make a National league appearnce (though Mark Cairns, having seen me play says I need to get through several qualifying rounds first!). Luckily, Jaymie Haycocks cancelled another game and comes in at 4.
The line up should be:

Alex Gough vs Peter Billson

Mark Cairns vs Phil Barker

Liam Kenny vs Daryl Selby

Jaymie Haycocks vs Massambo Selisho

Dominique Lloyd-Walter vs Laura-Jane Lengthorn.
