Jenson & Brown Net Naracoorte Titles
Dan Jenson and Kasey Brown delivered a local double in the Naracoorte Squash Open – both Australians clinching the titles without dropping games throughout the new Tour event in Naracoorte, South Australia.

Top seed Jenson, a former world No5 from Adelaide, beat second-seeded compatriot Jason Mudge 11-4, 11-5, 11-4 in the 36-minute men's final to win his 11th PSA Tour title since 1994.

The women's final produced an upset as 20-year-old second seed Kasey Brown, from Port Maquarie in New South Wales, beat favourite Melissa Martin 9-4, 9-5, 9-4 – also in 36 minutes.

The unexpected triumph marked Brown's third WISPA World Tour title - and her second in a row after lifting the WA Open trophy in Perth, Western Australia, in May.

Domestic Success Assured In Naracoorte Open
Australian success in the Naracoorte Squash Open is guaranteed after local players made it through to both the men's and women's finals in Naracoorte, South Australia. Top seed Dan Jenson secured his first PSA Tour appearance of the year – but the 17th of his career – when he despatched fellow Australian Luke Margan 11-2, 11-6, 11-6 in a 32-minute semi-final today (Saturday).

The other semi-final was also an all-Australian affair in which No3 seed Jason Mudge battled for 70 minute to upset second seed Mike Corren 6-11, 11-7, 8-11, 11-10 (2-0), 11-5 to earn a place in the event's final for the second year in a row.

Favourite Melissa Martin reached her first WISPA World Tour final of the year with a hard-fought 9-4, 9-3, 8-10, 7-9, 9-4 victory over third-seeded compatriot Dianne Desira in 58 minutes.

The 29-year-old from Adelaide will face second seed Kasey Brown after the 20-year-old from New South Wales defeated Japan's Mami Nishio, the No7 seed, 9-0, 9-4, 9-7 in 32 minutes.
