Selby Banks Bankers Hall Club Title In Calgary
England's Daryl Selby claimed the second PSA Tour title of his career when he beat compatriot Chris Ryder, the event 'giant-killer', in the final of the Talisman Energy Bankers Hall Club Squash Open in Calgary, Canada.

Selby, the second seed from Essex, reached the final after fighting back from 0/2 down against Miguel Angel Rodriguez to beat the fourth seed from Colombia 8-11, 9-11, 11-8, 11-2, 11-5.

Fifth seed Ryder, the World University Champion from Wolverhampton, made his breakthrough in the quarter-finals when he defeated fellow countryman Alister Walker, the top seed, 7-11, 11-7, 11-4, 11-10 (2-0). In the semis, Ryder downed Australia's No3 seed Aaron Frankcomb 11-10 (2-0), 11-5, 11-6.

Honours were shared after two tie-break games in the final, but Selby went on to clinch the title after 70 minutes with a 11-10 (2-0), 10-11 (1-3), 11-5, 11-8 victory.
