Ask For What You Want - Players Make the Decision

If during a rally interference between players occurs, then the offended player should ask for a Let or a Stroke as they see fit. The offending player can either agree or give their own interpretation of the incident. A negotiation then occurs, and a decision is agreed by the players before that game continues.

If a Marker is present, the players still make the decision and inform the Marker who records it before announcing the score. In the event that the players cannot agree a decision, then the maker has the casting vote and supports one of the players.
