We have
agreed a block booking with the
Menzies Strathallan Hotel for all competitors during the event,
at less than half the normal rate. The Strathallan is a mile from
the Club on the Hagley Road and is well placed for Birmingham's
night life.

Rooms @ £39 bed & breakfast per room per night
Twin/Double Rooms – sole occupancy @ £49 bed & breakfast per room

Twin/Double Rooms – double occupancy @ 59 bed & breakfast per room

Executive rooms will be available at an extra charge of £10 per room
per night.
Cancellations
As
bookings are to be made by the individual, the following terms
apply:
Bookings cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will not be charged.
Bookings cancelled 72-48 hours prior will incur a 25% charge of the
first night.
Bookings cancelled 48-24 hours prior to arrival will incur a 50%
charge of the first night.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 100%
charge of the first night.
