ENTRY NOTES
The Championships will be organised by The Edgbaston Priory Club and will be conducted under the rules of England Squash.

The seedings and draw will be made by the Tournament Organiser, in consultation with England Squash.

All balls used in the Championships are approved by England Squash. The Price Blue Ball will be used in all age group events and the Price Championship Black Ball will be used for Men’s and Women’s Open matches.

All matches will be the best of 5 games.

Times of play will be circulated to all competitors at least seven days prior to their first match, provided a self-addressed envelope is enclosed with the entry form. The draws will also be posted on the England Squash Website (www.englandsquash.com) and the Edgbaston Priory website (www.edgbastonpriory.com).

All competitors are required to wear clothes suitable for squash/racketball.

No complaints in connection with the Championships can be entertained by the host club unless made in writing and sent to the tournament organiser within 48 hours of the cause of complaint.

Neither the organisers nor the venue are under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury, loss or damage that is sustained during the Championships.

All competitors must be current members of England Squash.

Medals will be awarded to all finalists with perpetual cups for the main Men’s and Women’s winners.

During the tournament, players will be expected to mark matches.

The entry fee for the Championships is £10 per event.

It may be necessary to combine age groups if insufficient entries are received.

Plate Events will be held if there is sufficient interest is received.
