Retain European Junior Titles
Top seeds England remain on course to retain their titles in the European
Junior U15/U17 Squash Championships after victories in the semi-finals in
Langnau, near Zurich, in Switzerland.
In the U17 event, England beat fourth seeds Czech Republic 3-0 and will
now face third seeds Germany in a repeat of last year's final. Germany
defeated Wales, the eighth seeds, by the same scoreline in the other
semi-final.
The U15 semi-finals saw England overcome third seeds Germany by a 2-1
margin to set up a final against Switzerland, the No2 seeds. The hosts
romped to a 3-0 win over sixth seeds Scotland.
