Naughton nabs Nicola Wealth title

Canadian success was Hollie Naughton, the 22-year-old World No.47, who lived up to her billing as the top seed to come through the draw at the W10 Nicola Wealth Open to take the title for the loss of just two games.

Naughton, who was born in England before moving to Canada as a youngster, easily dispatched Reyna Pacheco in her opening match before coming through a testing quarter-final battle with Chloe Mesic, taking it 3-2.

But she went from strength-to-strength from then on, easing past Nicole Bunyan before controlling proceedings against Nada Abbas to take the title, just the second of her career.

Naughton wasn't the only player to claim their second PSA World Tour title over
