The main draw of the Suez Helsinki Summer Challenger, PSA M5 tournament sees a number of highly-anticipated clashes catch the eye when the event gets underway on Friday August 28.

Aqeel Rehman is the top seed and the Austrian is looking to progress from the runner-up finish that he achieved at the Pilatus Cup two months ago.

The 29-year-old has four PSA World Tour titles to his name but is yet to lift silverware so far in 2015.

He opens his campaign against Ahmed Hussein with the Egyptian out to cause a big upset in the first round of the tournament.

Number two seed Jan Koukal has been in fantastic form recently and the experienced Czech has reached the semi-final stage or better at six of his last seven events, winning two of them.

The 32-year-old, who is the current joint third most successful player on the PSA World Tour, is set to face off with Miko Aijanen in his first match and could play Auguste Dussourd in the quarter-final if both players make it that far.

Frenchman Baptiste Masotti has an outside chance of claiming the title after a good 2015 that has seen the Niort-born 20-year-old establish himself as top 200 player.

Masotti made it to his first PSA World Tour final in February at the MRU Open but narrowly lost out to Graeme Schnell in the final. He goes up against Joeri Hapers for a place in the quarter-final.

Ahmed Effat Ashoush is also in with a chance of silverware but will need to improve on his recent results if he is to achieve that aim. He reached the quarter-final of the Zenit Black Sea Open last week and will be desperate to go even further in Helsinki. Saadeldin Abouaish will be his opponent in round one.
