ElShorbagy wins Squash Player’s Player of the Month
award

no.2 Mohamed ElShorbagy is an overwhelming winner of Squash Player’s
Player of the Month for his PSA Tour Gold double in September.
First the 28-year-old Egyptian defeated world no.1 Ali Farag 3/1 to win
the $112,000 China Open for the second time at the beginning of the
month.
Then the elder of the two Bristol-based brothers squeezed past fellow
Egyptian Tarek Momen 3/2 in the final of the $121,000 NetSuite Open in
San Francisco at the end of September. It was also his second NetSuite
success.
