NRG Boost for BSPA winners
The winners of last weekend's Boston Open received a boost with
the announcement that NRG Sports would be supporting this year's
BSPA circuit and providing prizes at select events.
Rodney Durbach and Lauren Briggs were the
first beneficiaries of this tie-up, each receiving Maxim product in
addition to their
winners cheque.
"NRG Sports have been supporting a number players in the past year and it
was the obvious step to begin to build up a relationship with them' said
BSPA tour director Tim Garner.
He went on to explain 'their initial involvement will take
the form of product prizes for event winners but we are hopeful of
building upon this as we have with our other partners NYS travel,
BUPA and, of course, Prince".
