European U15/U17 Team Championships 2004

Swiss Shock England in U15 Final
Hosts Switzerland pulled off an upset win over top seeds and defending champions England to claim the Under European 15 team title in Langnau.

England retained their U17 title with a 2-1 win over Germany.
 

Under 17 Final: 
England beat Germany 2-1

England On Course To
Retain European Junior Titles

Top seeds England remain on course to retain their titles in the European Junior U15/U17 Squash Championships after victories in the semi-finals in Langnau, near Zurich, in Switzerland.

In the U17 event, England beat fourth seeds Czech Republic 3-0 and will now face third seeds Germany in a repeat of last year's final. Germany defeated Wales, the eighth seeds, by the same scoreline in the other semi-final.

The U15 semi-finals saw England overcome third seeds Germany by a 2-1 margin to set up a final against Switzerland, the No2 seeds. The hosts romped to a 3-0 win over sixth seeds Scotland.
