SHELLEY HANDS ON THE BATON

SuperLeague 2004 will have a new organiser, as Andrew Shelley has decided to concentrate on his WISPA responsibilities. He writes:

Unlike the members of parliament who have a tendency to cite spending more time with their family as their reason for leaving office, I let the SuperLeague managers know that I would not be carrying on for next season so that I could devote myself more fully to WISPA. Being away fairly regularly on League nights made communication more difficult.

However, I am pleased to confirm that the administration has been placed in the safe hands of Dave Howell (Ipswich team manager this season).
