Top seed Nick Taylor was motoring down to Maidstone after a night in Manchester with
Kylie Minogue! Nick was a guest of his sponsors, the Manchester Evening News, at Kylie's
sell-out concert at the MEN Arena. Nick said he was very impressed with Kylie's movement
in and out of the back corners and hoped he could do the same in Kent this weekend, once
he had mastered Maidstone's one-way system. Nick's first round opponent is Mexican Armando
Zarazua, who squeezed past Maidstone's Duane Harrison in tonight's qualifying ound.

starting today.
The tournament runs from Thursday to Sunday (May 2-5) at Maidstone Squash Club,
Starnes Court, Union Street, and Botwright is the No.2 seed in the new womens event
which has been added to the schedule this year thanks to an increase in funding from the
tournament sponsors, INVESCO Private Portfolio Management Limited.
